PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber sheet in which ports are identifiable, a method of manufacturing the optical fiber sheet, and an optical fiber interconnector. SOLUTION: A plurality of optical fibers are arranged on a sheet substrate S and the optical fiber sheet is provided with a plurality of input ports IN-1 through IN-4 and output ports OUT-1 through OUT-4. Respective input ports and output ports are constituted by optical fiber groups 1 through 4 made of a plurality of optical fibers 1a through 1d, respectively, at least a part of the optical fibers are provided with a colored layer. The input port side and the output port side have different colors of the colored layer and the changing color point of the colored layer is located at a point on the sheet substrate.
