PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmission module not to make incident any light of a wavelength other than signal wavelength to a photo acceptance element nor to generate any reception error of a light signal. SOLUTION: An optical transmission module has a case 104 in which an end of an optical fiber is inserted and fixed, a wavelength multiplexing/ demultiplexing filter 102 which intercepts an optical axis of an optical fiber and which is in a predetermined angle inclined to an optical axis. A photo acceptance unit 108 is provided in a reflective surface side of the wavelength multiplexing/demultiplexing filter 102, and a light emitting element 105 is provided in a penetration side of the wavelength multiplexing/demultiplexing filter 102. An intercepting filter 110 is installed which does not made a light of wavelength other than signal wavelength pass to a photo acceptance unit 108. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
