PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform desired communication when communication is mutually performed by electromagnetic waves between a first and second objects moving in relative to each other. SOLUTION: A first antenna 6 is supported to vary the orientation on the first object of the first and second objects 1, 2 moving in relative to each other, a driving means 8 for driving the first antenna 6 is provided to vary the orientation of the first antenna 6. A second antenna 10 is supported on the second object 2. Communication can be performed mutually by electromagnetic waves between the first and second objects 1, 2 through the first and second antennas 6, 10. An arithmetic means 41 is provided for computing the mutual relative positions of the first and second objects 1, 2 according to the detection signals of a position detecting means 32 which detects the respective positions of the first and second objects 1, 2. The first antenna 6 is oriented to the second antenna 10 by the drive of the first antenna 6 caused by the driving means 8 to which the arithmetic signal of the arithmetic means 41 is input.
