摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve amenity at the protective function operation time and safety in addition to compatibility between high detection sensitivity and high protection performance without complication of the constitution or the like. SOLUTION: A load detection means 16 is formed by being equipped with a longitudinally-shaped strain generation plate 12 and a strain gage 14 fixed on the upper face of a strain generation plate easily-straining part 12a. One end 70a of a limiter lever 70 having a middle fulcrum 68 journaled to a leg member 30 is connected to a stopper pin 64, and the other end 70b of the limiter lever can be engaged with a journaling pin 44 across a resin bush 82, to thereby form a limiter means 56. A seat side member 18 is connected to the leg member 30 movably vertically within a specific range and inseparably therefrom by the stopper pin 64 inseparable from the leg member, to thereby form a stopper means 58.
