PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect information on visitors to a store and the number of visitors to the store which cannot be grasped by a conventional point system based on POS information and to perform analysis based on the information.

SOLUTION: A card readers is installed at a main place in the store. This computer system is provided with a means for selecting and generating information on a plurality of kinds of consuming behaviors which exist corresponding to a fixed condition when the reader reads the card of a member, a means for calculating service points and giving them to the member corresponding to a fixed condition and a means for carrying forward without giving the calculated service points.
