<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system with which a ticket is distributed between a user and the trader by using a mobile communication object and further the user can enter a site without ticket by using the ID signal of the ticket. <P>SOLUTION: In the ticketless system, a prescribed server is accessed from the mobile communication object registering electronic account settlement beforehand via the Internet, the ticket is reserved and after the reservation is completed, electronic account settlement is performed. After the end of accounting, an ID issued from a server is held and the ID becomes the ticket. When entering the site, the user inputs a password number to the mobile communication object and when the password number is right as a result of collation, the ID signal is transmitted from the mobile communication object for a fixed time.
