PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a first component refers to a second component, a system development using the components is difficult. SOLUTION: A component information management table is created by acquiring a component physical name and component information of the second component arranged in a component execution board. From the created component information management table, a component physical name of the second component is searched with the component information of the second component, held by the first component as an input source. A component logic name indicating the second component held by the first component is made to correspond to the component physical name of the second component obtained by search.
