PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truss structure capable of reducing the manufacturing cost of chord members constituting webs used for a truss bridge or the like and reducing the number of the upper and lower chord members. SOLUTION: In the truss structure in which total four diagonal members consisting of two at each side are concentrically fitted at both sides nipping the axial center of the chord members against the chord member extending in the bridge-axial direction and the right and left respective two diagonal members are fitted at a specified opening angle, the chord member is made to have a closed sectional structure respectively forming a flat face by both the right and left diagonal member fitting faces X, X' at least nipping the axial center and a face Y crossing at right angles with the perpendicular line passing though the axial center.
