PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headwear having a band with attached hair easily usable for a person who worries about his (her) appearance because of having no hair, easy to exchange, replace, attach/detach of the headwear itself and the band and easy to care for the attached hair and enabling such activities to be done quickly, and more inexpensive than wig. SOLUTION: This headwear comprises a headwear body 10 set with a hook or loop fastener band 20 (hereafter, referred to as a 1st fastener band) around the reverse face 12 thereof and the band 30 with attached hair so designed that the reverse face of a hook or loop fastener band 31 (hereafter, referred to as a 2nd fastener band) attachable to or detachable off the 1st fastener band 20 is set with a cloth band 33 so as to put the hair 32 in between the cloth band 33 and the 2nd fastener band 31.
