摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery storage quantity estimating device, capable of accurately estimating the storage quantity of the battery (SOC) even in the case where the battery characteristic changes with time. SOLUTION: This battery storage quantity estimating device 1 includes a detecting means for detecting the terminal voltage, temperature and charging and discharging current of the battery 50, a first and second maps for obtaining the charging and discharging current of the battery 50 when SOC is 10% and 90% from the detected terminal voltage and temperature, and a means for calculating the SOC of the battery 50 using two kinds of charging and discharging current values obtained from the first and second maps and the detected charging and discharging current value. The device is provided with a means for updating the first map and/or the second map according to an error between the output density calculated value and the output density estimated value.
