PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone charger that supplements the charged capacity of a mobile phone by storing electricity generated by the daily movement of a phone holder without needing a charger sold on the market. SOLUTION: This charger is configured to supplement the charged capacity of the mobile phone by converting vibration energy, which is caused to occur by the movement of a person who carries the phone, into electric energy via a generator, and to transfer the electric energy to a battery built in the mobile phone. This charger has a pendulum 2 that swings by the movement of the person who carries the phone, a spring 3 that is wound by converting the back and forth movement of the pendulum 2 into a turning force in one direction, and a generator 4 that rotates quickly when the wound state of the spring 3 is released at once.
