PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LC noise filter suppressing the variations in capacitor value and inductor value, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: In the LC noise filter of a stack structure, the width of a ground electrode pattern constituting a capacitor is made to be larger than that of a capacitor electrode, the distance between an end of an insulating layer on which the pattern is printed and an end of the pattern is made to be shorter than the distance between the end of the insulating layer and the end of the capacitor electrode, and the ground electrode has a enough size to cover an opening portion of a coil.
