PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote material recycling of resin components. SOLUTION: Material of front and rear blocks made of filler-reinforced resin for fixing a wire for corona discharge at both its end parts is easily recycled by eliminating the need for segregated disposal by forming a self-tap lower hole part of a filler-unreinforced resin material of the same grade so as to fix the front and rear blocks and a metallic shield plate for coupling the front and rear blocks with self-tap screws without using any metallic insert component.
