发明名称 BELT DRIVE TEST METHOD USING FLY WHEEL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt driving test method capable of exactly and easily simulating the inertial torque, accompanying acceleration and deceleration pattern of mechanical moving part. SOLUTION: A pulley attached with gear 11 and a pulley attached with gear 21 are installed to a master side unit 10, consisting of an electric servomotor 12 and a servomotor controller and a slave side unit 20 consisting of a rotational axis attached with a fly wheel 22, respectively. A belt with gear 2 is wound around the pulleys. The electric servomotor 12 is operated with a velocity-controlled motor according to rotational acceleration (δω/δt). The estrangement, between measured inertial torque (X) and inertial torque (Y) of mechanical moving part to be simulated, is corrected by varying the inertial moment of the fly.
