PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure being lightweight and having an excellent anti- compression property and a moderate tenacious property at a low cost. SOLUTION: Outside faces 19 and 25 at an outer side and an inner side on which pads are pushed when braking are covered by outside surface shell elements 15 and 16 of an outer side and inner side made of an light alloy compound material respectively. Thus, the anti-compression property is secured. The tenacious property is secured by making the inside with a normal light alloy. Further, an installing portion 12a is wholly made of the light alloy, and is easily machined at a low cost. An entire disk is basically made of the light alloy and attains a lightweight structure.
