PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively inhibit corrosion of a metal matrix while adequately pickling the metal surface. SOLUTION: A corrosion inhibitor for pickling comprises an allylamines polymer having a mercapto group in the end of the formula (I): [chemical formula 8] wherein each of R1and R2is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group with a carbon number of 1-10; and n is an integer of 2 or more; the addition salts, and one or more compounds selected among quaternary ammonium salts.
