PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a western style flush toilet which is hardly restricted in the capacity of a washhand basin and which facilitates washhand and realizes spared space. SOLUTION: A connection tube 4 is formed of a lower connection part 4a, a middle part 4b, and an upper connection part 4c. The lower connection part 4a is connected to communicate with a balltap 21, the upper connection part 4c is extended upward, and the middle part 4b is fixed to a tank cover 2. In a water discharge pipe 5, the lower water discharge side 5a is connected to the upper connection part 4c. The upper water discharge part 5b of the upper end side is fixed to the washhand basin 7. The upper end of the water discharge pipe forms the water discharge opening 5c. The upper connection part 4c of the connection pipe 4 is bent back from the middle part 4b, and the water discharge pipe 5 is connected to linearly communicate with the upper connection part 4c.
