<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a mobile terminal to securely communicate data in an efficient route. <P>SOLUTION: For data communication, the mobile terminal 1 stores a terminal VIP address unique to itself in a transmission source address part of a sent packet and sends the packet out, a base-station router BR1 which relays it stores the terminal VIP address in a VIP part, stores its own IP address as a return-destination address in the transmission source address part, and sends the packet out, and a server-side router SR1 which relays it stores the terminal VIP address in the transmission source address part and sends the packet out to a server 3, stores the return destination address in a destination address part of a return packet that the server 3 sends out in response, and stores the terminal VIP address in the VIP part and sends the packet out.
