PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of providing real-time road situation information. SOLUTION: By using a microprocessor, present place geographic positional information calculated by a GPS unit is compared with geographic position information of a road situation occurrence spot received by a radio signal reception unit. The microprocessor screens geographic positional information of a road situation occurrence spot corresponding to a fixed condition and the road situation information corresponding to it respectively and sends them through an output unit. Thus, based on the geographic position of a user in moving state, the information matching the individual needs and real-time road situation information can be provided by the device.
