PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send a mail to two or more destinations together even when the mails have a little difference in contents by editing the contents of the mail in accordance with the kinds of addresses not by independent destination mail addresses. SOLUTION: This e-mail system capable of setting two or more kinds of addresses to destinations such as a destination, a reference destination and an address non-displayed reference destination, comprises a range of body designating means 18 capable of designating an arbitrary range of the body of a created mail, an input means 1 for designating whether the designated range is included in a mail to be transmitted or not on the basis of the kind of address of the mail destination, and a mail transmitting means 3 for transmitting the mail of which the contents are edited on the basis of the decision by the input means 1.
