摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste incinerating method and an incinerator therefor, in which air pollutants such as CO, NOx and DXN are reduced without increasing the quantity of exhaust gas passing through a boiler and an exhaust gas treatment device, in place of an EGR system using the exhaust gas at low temperature which is performed to reduce NOx of the air pollutants generated when incinerating wastes. SOLUTION: A stoker type waste incinerator comprises a stoker 12 which performs the drying, thermal decomposition, combustion and embers combustion of the wastes 10 charged from a hopper 11 to store the wastes 10, a primary combustion area 13 formed on the stoker, a secondary combustion area 14 disposed above the primary combustion area, and an external circulation passage 20. In the circulation passage, an exhaust gas outlet is formed on an upper part of a high-temperature combustion part of the secondary combustion area, and a high-temperature dust remover 21 and a high-temperature blower 22 are interposed in a circulation duct having one or a plurality of circulation ports on the inlet side of the secondary combustion area.
