PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify piping around a cylinder, reduce cost, and miniaturize equipment, when two pipe rapture control valve devices are disposed at the bottom side of a hydraulic cylinder and a rod side such as an offset cylinder. SOLUTION: The pipe rapture control valve device 10 is provided with a single housing 23 common to a bottom side pipe rapture control valve device 21, and a rod side pipe rapture control valve device 22. Respective constitutive elements of the control valve devices 21, 22 are arranged in the housing 23. A signal line 50 formed of a tube (hose) and a drain line 51 formed of a tube (hose) are connected to the housing 23, and a foreign signal is led to a spool valve body 37 of the bottom side pipe rapture control valve device 21 and a spool valve body 137 of the rod side pipe rapture control valve device 22 through the signal line 50 piping, and excessive hydraulic oil is returned to a tank from the spool valve body 37 of the valve device 21 and the spool valve body 137 of the valve device 22 through the drain line piping.
