PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure which easily fits two members to be mutually fitted and easily releases the mutual connection between the members by a tool such as a driver, even if an obstacle wall face or the like exists in the vicinity of the fitting position. SOLUTION: Outwardly facing claws 3 are formed in one of members 2 to be mutually fitted, and fitting pieces 6 having a fitting hole 8 fitted with the claw 3 are integrally formed in the other member 5. A clearance 8a for inserting a tool, in which the tool 10 releasing the connection of the claw 3 and the fitting hole 8 can be inserted from a plurality of directions at the rear side of the fitting piece 6, is formed.
