PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower cooling a motor sufficiently. SOLUTION: The air exhaust hole 122a of an air duct 120 is positioned outside a boss part 101 where the air flows faster than around the central part of the motor 110. Thereby the air in the duct 120 is drawn into the air stream induced by an axial flow fan 100 and exhausted from an air exhaust hole 122a. Accordingly the air introduced into the duct 120 can be exhausted without stagnating around the central part of the motor 110, so that it is possible to introduce a new air having a low temperature to the motor 110, to lead to give a sufficient cooling effect.
