PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside-angle column being easily manufactured and having excellent appearance design properties and its manufacturing method, and an outside-angle section construction structure using the column. SOLUTION: The outside-angle column 1 is disposed at the outside angle section of a building. The outside-angle column 1 has a central design surface 11 arranged outside the outside angle section, two side design surfaces 12 formed on both left-right sides of the central design surface 11, a central rear 13 formed on the reverse side of the central design surface 11, two side rears 14 formed on the reverse side of the design surface 11 respectively and two inclined rears 15 formed among the central rear 13 and the side rears 14. Approximately V-shaped sectional V-shaped grooves 16, in which the side end sections of left- right exterior wall boards at the outside angle section can be arranged, are formed by the side rears 14 and the inclined rears 15.
