PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip retardant waterproof pan with a surface texture which hardly slips even in a wet condition with water or soapy water. SOLUTION: In the waterproof pan has a surface texture (surface pattern) composed of a number of grooves 3a extending lengthwise and crosswise and a small number of demarcations (minimum division) 3b surrounded by the grooves 3a, and has a drainage slope, a rugged pattern is formed in the demarcations 3b and the surface roughness Ra (cut off value 0.25 mm) is 1.0-5.0μm.
