PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the dead weight without increase of cost and prevent a resin molded tank from lifting. SOLUTION: The tank is constituted of the basal end and a tank body defined by a wall piled up on the basal end or in the its inside. The basal end and the tank body are spatially isolated and a pump apparatus is arranged on the basal end and piping to convey and discharge water pumped up by the pump into the inside of the tank body are arranged. The wall constituting at least the tank body of the basal end and the tank body is formed into a double structure. An appropriate loading means is disposed in the double structural inside space.
