The invention relates to a digital content management system consisting of: a digital content database (15); a device for broadcasting (4) digital content to a group of spectators; and a device for programming (5) digital content comprising means of receiving (22) digital content data and means of storing and retrieving (14) digital content data using said digital content database (15). The aforementioned programming device (5) also comprises means of receiving spectator data (22, 24, 25, 26, 27), means of storing and retrieving (17) spectator data and means of determining (40) the digital content to be broadcast according to digital content data and spectator data.
