<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio broadcast system for portable telephone which transmits radio broadcast so as to enable reception with portable telephone by using a portable telephone network, a portable telephone with radio function which switches over suitably reception from a radio station to reception from a radio installation for portable telephone, according to a state of receiving radio wave or error quantity of receiving information, a radio broadcast installation for portable telephone, a program for controlling radio broadcast and a program for controlling portable telephone. <P>SOLUTION: The radio broadcast installation for portable telephone is constituted of a first radio broadcast receiving part 1a, a first data converting part 1b, a data recording part 1c, and a first radio broadcast processing part 1d.
