PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide decorative stairs, in which stair-nosings for the stairs are easy to discriminate even by the aged or the like and the safety of the ascending and lowering of the stairs can be improved while a decorative member can be exchanged easily when the decorative member must be exchanged and which is devised so as to be also harmonized with interior finishings as required. SOLUTION: In the decorative stairs in which a tread for the stairs is constituted of a tread body 11 and a decorative tread 10 covering the tread body 11, the decorative tread 10 is composed of the members of two kinds of a decorative stair-nosing 12 covering a stair-nosing section for the stair body 11 and a decorative tread 13, and the facings of these decorative stair-nosing 12 and decorative tread 13 are made different mutually.
