Feed for the individual light transformers is by intermediate separator transformers, in numbers dependent on the distance from the central signalling point, dividing individual signal light feed circuits into a number of separately closed short armature loops, each with a primary and a secondary coil for different transformers. In the vicinity of the signalling point there are monitoring devices for determining lighting or non-lighting of the lights concerned, with circuit devices regulating indicators fed by the secondary coil of the relevant separator transformer. From these the indicators of the succeeding armature loops are regulated, until the stage where the indication of lighting, or light failure, reaches the central station. |
