PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a user can not grasp contents of a program recorded in a medium after recording the program when only the program is recorded in the medium. SOLUTION: The program receiver is provided with a program reception section for receiving a program to store the program, and a program storage section for storing the program to a second storage medium.
