PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered dielectric filter which can be composed of dielectric ceramics having great dielectric constant and small dielectric loss, without using dielectric ceramics baked at a low temperature having small dielectric constant and large dielectric loss, and thereby to realize the multilayer dielectric filter of small size with high efficiency. SOLUTION: The multilayered dielectric filter comprises several dielectric layers and internal electrodes formed between the dielectric layers, wherein at least one dielectric layer is formed by a gas deposition method of jetting ultra-fine particles of dielectric at a high speed to deposit them.
