PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate information processor where a user can set either a CD or an MD selectively. SOLUTION: A shaft 42 to serve as the rotary shaft of a turn table 6 is supported rotatably and slidably by a bearing post 41 which is provided at a motor plate 40 fixed to a lower plate 30. The bottom of the shaft 42 abuts on an elevation plate 46, and the shaft 42 is lifted and lowered by the ascending and descending motion of the elevation plate 46. An outer rotor 44 constituting the turn table 6 is provided with a first permanent magnet 44a for rotating the turn table 6, and a second permanent magnet 44b for regulating the position of the turn table 6. Moreover, the bearing post 41 is provided with a core 43. Then, the shaft 42 is made to abut against the elevation plate 46 at all times by the force of the first permanent magnet 44a seeking to attract the core 43 to the center of magnetic force and the force of the second permanent magnet 44b seeking to attract the core 43.
