PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device in which a voice call on an IP network is enabled on the basis of VoIP technology by effectively utilizing an IP address under exhaustion. SOLUTION: A global IP address common with a PC 9 connected on the side of a down link is applied to a VoIP device (communication device) 8 connected to the LAN. The VoIP device 8 is provided with a distribution means (IP address/port number monitoring part 8c and a VoIP protocol processing part monitoring part 8b) for investigating the sending destination port or the like of packet data incoming from the LAN, making only the packet data for VoIP into audio signal, using the audio signal for the voice call and sending the other packet data to the PC 9.
