PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized non-reciprocative circuit element having a good mass-productivity and an excellent electrical characteristic, and to provide a wireless terminal using the same circuit element. SOLUTION: The non-reciprocative circuit element has three sets of strip lines which are insulated from each other and are so superimposed on each other as to intersect mutually at a predetermined angular space; a ferrite plate so disposed as to approximate to the strip lines; a magnet 13 for magnetizing the ferrite plate; three sets of capacitors connected respectively with the strip lines; and cases 14a, 14b so engaged with each other as to include therein the strip lines, the ferrite plate, the magnet, and the capacitors. Further, with respect to the non-reciprocal circuit element, the three sets of capacitors are formed in a sheet of capacitor board 20 having a magnetic body, and the capacitor board 20 is interposed between the ferrite plate and the side of the case 14 which approximates to the ferrite plate. Moreover, the magnetic body included in the capacitor board 20 is baked at a temperature not higher than 960°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
