PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve emission characteristics of the organic LED display panel and realize a long life. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a process of pasting the organic LED donor film, which is made of a base film and a photo-thermal conversion layer and a transfer layer laminated in order on the base film, on the substrate so that the transfer layer may contact the substrate, and a process of transferring the transfer layer on the substrate by radiating a transfer energy by light or heat from the base film side, and the peak value of the above transfer energy is controlled to be 0.6-1.8 J/cm<SP>2</SP>in this method.
