摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing correction method capable of correcting shift of a non-parallel component at a beam spot position, and to provide a color cathode-ray tube device set by the method. SOLUTION: This color cathode-ray tube is provided with a bipolar coil 10 and a current feeding circuit 11 for carrying a current having a value varying synchronously with a horizontal scanning period and a vertical scanning period to the coil. When the beam spot position is deviated inward on the upper side of the panel surface and outward on the lower side thereof, the beam spot position is moved upward by carrying the current to the bipolar coil 10, and a deflection yoke 5 is swung downward by a swing adjustment mechanism 6 so as to move the beam spot position downward. Conversely, when the beam spot position is deviated outward on the upper side of the panel surface and inward on the lower side of the panel surface, the beam spot position is moved downward by carrying the current to the bipolar coil 10, and thereafter the deflection yoke 5 is swung upward by the swing adjustment mechanism 6 so as to move the beam spot position upward.
