<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke recording apparatus in which the illegal recording of a musical accompaniment is prevented in consideration of a copyright. <P>SOLUTION: The karaoke recording apparatus is provided with a recording input interface for acquiring the mixed signal of the karaoke musical accompaniment outputted from a karaoke machine with an inputted voice signal from a microphone, a temporary recording means which makes the acquired mixed signal a recording file in the unit of a musical composition, a means to add a sign with a singing voice to the recording file when singing voice analysis information indicates about the created recording file that the singing voice inputted from the microphone is substantially included in the karaoke musical accompaniment, a data writing device to write data in a portable recording medium provided for a user, and a means to transfer the recording file having the added sign with the singing voice to the portable recording medium by using the data writing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
