<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a recording device for receiving print data from an information processor and recording it wherein there is great loss of time until the start of recording and the recording device cannot record recording data continuously when transfer of the recording data from the information processor is not in time when performing so-called partial editing recording in which a part or most of the recording data are continuously recorded while changing the data. <P>SOLUTION: The recording data is divided into a plurality of parts per constituent element and is simultaneously transmitted using a plurality of interfaces connecting a host computer with the recording device or constituent element of the recording data is simultaneously transmitted from a plurality of host computers to solve the above task. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
