<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectronic device for detecting relative motion or relative positions of two objects. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectronic device has at least four photoelectronic elements. The photoelectronic elements are arranged in at least one first plane and a second plane different from the first plane, and at least three photoelectronic elements are arranged in the first plane and at least one photoelectronic element is arranged in the second plane. Force and/or moment sensors capable of mutually relatively moving is provided with such a device provided with a first board and a second board.
