PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an information recording medium (IC card) capable of receiving a plurality of types of services with a single information recording medium.

SOLUTION: A storage part of an information recording medium main body is provided with a normal service information storage area for receiving a prescribed normal service using the main body of the information recording medium, and a discount information storage area for storing prescribed discount information with which a service more advantageous than the prescribed normal service can be received.
