<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily deal with troubles by grasping a detailed status when the troubles occur by feeding information back to a development source by storing process parameters or job information in a ferroelectric memory as well in addition to an error or jam data so as to obtain the status of the occurrence or details when trouble such as jam or error occurs, and transmitting such information through a network to a remote information managing device in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The remote information managing system is composed of the non-contact ferroelectric memory, a reader/writer for accessing the ferroelectric memory and reading/writing information stored in the memory, an image copier having the reader/writer, an information transmitter for transmitting the information through the reader/writer to the ferroelectric memory, and the remote information managing device connected through the network to the information transmitter for receiving copy information and client information stored in the ferroelectric memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
