PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote donation and the effective utilization thereof in the relevant field.

SOLUTION: An EDP server 1 finds the amount of donation by multiplying a donation rate preset by a user to a discount amount reported from a tariff demand system 2 and reports that amount of the donation to the tariff demand system 2 and when the reception of that donation amount is reported from the tariff demand system 2, the donation amount is reported to any effective donation utilization server 3 preset by the user.
