<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stream data decentralized distribution technique which can actualize autonomous or personal stream data distribution in network environment such as the Internet, specially, between user terminals. <P>SOLUTION: The stream data decentralized distribution system is actualized which allows nodes 10 to mutually send and receive stream data in the network environment such as the Internet. Each node 10 exchanges topology information showing connection relation between upstream and downstream nodes and relays stream data from the upstream node to the downstream node.
