PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a display which prevents the contamination of a manufacturing environment and manufacturing apparatus by splashing of particles and permits the easy and sure regulation of the amount of particles and a method of manufacturing electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A display panel 10 is manufactured by a process step of forming a dispersion 8 by dispersing the insulative particles 6 into a liquid phase dispersion medium 7, a process step of supplying this dispersion 8 to a space S by using an ink jet method and a process step of volatilizing the liquid phase dispersion medium 7 from the space S.
