摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable hybrid electronic component by preventing generation of cracks and break even if mechanical stress such as dropping impact or vibration is applied. <P>SOLUTION: When a front electrode pattern and a rear electrode pattern formed in a position facing the front electrode pattern are connected through a via hole conductor, the via hole conductor is formed snaking its way in a lamination direction of a laminated body. Thereby, via conductors less resistant to break are distributed. Therefore, cracks and breakage, generated in a conventional method, along a discontinuous line of break resistance distribution starting from a region of weak point do not occur in this method.
