PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion guide unit which maintains cylindrical rollers at even intervals in a direction changing passage portion and has no skew of the cylindrical rollers by smoothly rolling in the direction changing passage. SOLUTION: In the linear motion guide unit aligning and maintaining numbers of cylindrical rollers 10, each rotary central axis is alternately changed at 90°in a body 1 forming a circular passage 7, by a pair of straight rolling passages 2 and 3 paralleled each other at an appropriate space, and an end portion passages 5 and 6 connecting with the straight rolling passages 2 and 3 and forming semi-arc V-shaped grooves 11 and 12. An arcuate groove 16 continuously bounded by outer wall surfaces 11' and 12' of the semi-arc V-shaped grooves 11 and 12 is formed so as to smoothly roll corner angle portions of the cylindrical rollers 10 in members 8 and 9 forming the end portion passages 5 and 6.
