PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring structure for equalizing wire in a rotating electric machine wherein an increase in thickness due to winding at the base of the neck of a rectifier is suppressed, and insulation between a rotating shaft and an equalizing wire, and winding is enhanced. SOLUTION: The wiring structure for equalizing wire is for a rotating electric machine having an equalizing wire 16a for connecting rectifier pieces 14a and 14b which are to have the same potential. The equalizing wire 16a is wound in a slot 13a located at a position shifted from the rectifier piece 14a by 90°(at a position shifted by 360°/n, where n is the number of poles of field magnets). The equalizing wire 16a is guided into a slot 13b located in the opposite position at the end opposite the rectifier 6, and wound therein. The equalizing wire 16a is then connected to the rectifier piece 14b located at the position shifted by 90°at the end of a slot 13b on the side of the rectifier. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
