摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of needing much time and labor for assembling a solid-state imaging unit because adjustment of various drive voltage for the solid-state image pickup device is manually conducted. SOLUTION: An analog signal processing circuit 2 processes an imaging signal of a CCD (charge coupled device) 1, an analog/digital converter circuit 3 converts the analog signal after the processing, a digital signal processing circuit 4 processes the digital signal after the conversion, a data detection block 5 detects data from the digital signal after the processing, a CPU 6 sets a drive voltage on the basis of the data after being detected, a digital/analog converter 7 converts the drive voltage into an analog signal, and a drive circuit 8 drives the CCD 12 by the analog signal after the conversion so as to control the drive voltage of the drive circuit 8 on the basis of the result of detection by the detection section to adjust the drive voltage to be an optimum drive voltage.
